Battlecruiser Layout

Overall Layout

The Battlecruiser is split into two decks the upper and lower deck. Knowing each of these decks and the position of the consoles on them should be a high priority for any player.

Upper Deck

Upper deck contains the bridge, Energy Console and missile bays. The bridge is a concentration of 4 consoles, namely the Upgrades Console, Science Console, Weapons Console and Navigation Console. On either side of the upper deck is a wing, each wing has 3 missile bays.

Lower Deck

Lower deck contains the Construction Console, Refinery, hangar and cargo drone drop off point. With t3 economy upgrade the lower deck also has the Mass Replicator.

Hangar

• At the base of the hangar, the rear of the ship, is the cargo drone drop off point for unrefined minerals.

Rear

• Where unrefined minerals from cargo drones are placed.

Elevators

Elevators allow passage between the upper deck and lower deck.
Elevators can be used by everyone including boarding enemies.
There are 2 elevators located on either side of the Battlecruiser.

• note:on the lower deck the elevators are adjacent while on the upper deck the elevators are wide apart. this means traveling between the left and right wing can be done almost instantly using elevators, which is ideal when you are loading missiles, or finding an alternate route around debris blocked paths.
