The infamous Yamato Cannon is the Battlecruiser's most powerful weapon. Once armed at the Science Console, it becomes available for use on the Navigation Console.
It can be fired at any time, with no delay, dealing 800 hull damage and 1000 shield damage deals 800 hull/1000 shields
If the Yamato Cannon hits the enemy battlecruiser it will also reduce the enemy Battlecruisers core stability by 15%
The Yamato Cannon must be re-armed from the science console after each use.
Combined with Sabretooth Heavy Missiles, it becomes readily possible to destroy an enemy's Power Management with only one or two shots of the Yamato Cannon.
