Allows you to exert a pushing or pulling force on an enemy ship.

The tractor beam is a projectile that can be shot from the Navigation Console. The first enemy ship, or Battlecruiser, it hits will be locked onto. When locked on, the tractor beam will drain 120GW and allow the navigation console to exert a force on the locked on target by either pulling or pushing it away. The link can be broken on will in order to cease the energy drain. The tractor beam lock on will also be broken if the target gets enough distance to break the link.
Offensive tier 3 upgrade removes the energy cost of the tractor beam.
