Allows you to exert a pushing or pulling force on an enemy ship.

The tractor beam is a projectile that can be shot from the Navigation Console. The first enemy ship, or Battlecruiser, it hits will be locked onto. When locked on, the tractor beam will drain 120GW and allow the navigation console to exert a push/pull force on the locked target. The link can be broken on will in order to cease the energy drain or if the target escapes the tractor beams range.
- Offensive tier 3 upgrade removes the energy cost of the tractor beam and gives it twice the force.
