i love all of these suggestions, however the 20 hull per second plasma should be % based so that destroyers are not made OP with no risk of losing large amounts of hull.

I disagree with your post rocket, it will not take insomni much time at all to change the colors or decor of the already existing skins for a group of players i dont think, hes a pretty talented dude :o

I agree bo3 is the smarter choice.

And HotS should not be implemented for a good long while ...

oh. so the winner decides on a change to be made for the game for a temporary patching period. I still like the idea of the #1 clan having decorated skins tho ;o
