Patch 2.9 published

It got nerfed with the new 3 wraith start and got buffed again in this update. Not quite to how strong it was, but strong enough. We got 3 of them so it's fine.

if it gets 6v6s, 3 is absolutely wonderful because you get *gasp* fleet actions!

but lower then that then you see wraiths will suicide miners which is more effective because 'miner>wraith'

which all in all is strange, this patch is great for 6v6s but on lower it can be slightly problematic
