Quantum Leech
Quantum leech augments each Quantum Bombardment projectile with a passive 200 energy drain, and changes the projectiles color to light blue. This makes the Quantum Bombardment volley of 5, drain 1000 energy if all projectiles hit. This energy drain can be increased by upgrading Quantum Bombardment, which improves the drain by 150 per projectile, per upgrade level.
Hitting just one projectile on an enemy small ships can be devastating and leave the ship defenseless. However the true power of the Quantum Leech is in Battlecruiser battles, where energy management is a large factor. As Quantum leech projectiles hit the enemy Battlecruiser, energy is drained from the battlecruisers energy capacitor which means the longer the fight goes on, the more projectiles that will hit and the more energy that the enemy will lose.
Unlike the Chroniton Torpedoes, Quantum Leech is always in effect and dose not need to be activated.
